Long time no see! We've been out of town and it's been madness!
Elise got her first haircut on Wednesday, I posted pics on FB. She did great! We spent the night at my parents' on Wednesday (and had crawfish, yum yum!!) and NOLA on Thursday. And it sucked that all the parades were cancelled Thursday night, so we missed out on that. Friday we shopped the WHOLE day. I don't think my friend has ever heard of a budget! The Gray Monkey parade Elise was supposed to be in was cancelled.
Saturday we went to Spanish Town and Ninfa's and then came home. And had a TON of people over yesterday for the A-town parade. Shoe, we made Mr. Shoe's jambalaya and it was a huge hit, the pot was scraped clean before the end of the party!! We ended up having to get take out last night!

We didn't do much. No Mardi Gras-ing for me this year. I'm a little sad about that but oh well.
