Need lots of recommendations!
Hi all,
Been living in North Raleigh for 6 months now and finally got some health insurance. If you wouldn't mind recommending a doctor, OB/GYN, dentist, and dermatologist to me, I would be very grateful! I'm trying to do some research and asking around work, church, etc. I don't mind driving a little out of the way for a good one (especially an OB/GYN) Thanks for your time!

Dr. Creighton at Mid-Carolina OBGYN delivered my son and is my OBGYN and I LOVE her. She's young and really nice. You'll find that most all of the OBGYNs that get recommended on these boards are all in the same building attached to Rex Hospital
As for a dentist, I use Ashley Lloyd at Morrison and Lloyd, they are located at Peace St and St. Mary's they have great hygienists!
For dermotology I use Dr. Boyse @ The Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center http://www.dermatologypros.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1

I don't go to an OB/GYN, so I can't help there!
For the family practice, I see Blue Ridge Family Physicians at Lake Boone Trail and Blue ridge road. They have a team of MD's and PA's. I don't like to see MD's and I have seen all the PA's and LOVE them. They are so easy to get an appointment and usually have same day for well checks!
For the Dentist, DH and I go to Dr. Wenda on Fall of Neuse. We love him and they office staff.
I go to Family Dermatology on Duraleigh Road and I see Dr. Schultz and think she is EXCELLENT. I caught my melanoma early and was able to treat it without chemo!
I see Dr Maggie Burkhead at Raleigh Family Practice and LOVE her. DH sees Dr. Trenner, who he loves and we also like Dr. Bean. Here is their website. http://www.rfppa.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/site.home.cfm
I see Dr. Bass at Kamm McKenzie on the Falls Valley Drive office (right at Falls of Neuse exit on 540). He is super nice and has been wonderful about working through my issues. Their website is http://www.wakeobgyn.com/

Unfortunately, I don't have a dermatologist so I'm not of any help there.
Ditto. I really like this practice, I never feel rushed and they really take the time to listen.

Ob/Gyn: Blue Ridge, on BR by Rex
Dentist: Dr. Stan Hardesty, also on Blue Ridge by Rex
Dermatologist: The Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, on Lake Boone across the street from Rex.
