funny story from this weekend
Ok, so my mom, brother and I went to go and visit my dad on saturday. we almost didn't get in b/c the guard missed us when he was handing out the papers to fill out to enter the prison, so when we realized that, we quickly ran in and luckily, he made "an exception" and let us in, but we had to act FAST!
so you can't bring hardly anything in the jail with you, so i ran back to the car to put my mom's sunglasses and my brother's lighter in the car while they filled out the paperwork. i'm waddle/running back to the prison and my brother runs up to me....he is wearing shorts and they won't let him into the prison. we thought the shorts had to be below the knee (which they were) but apparently no shorts at all. so he grabs my keys to go and buy some pants somewhere (we are in downtown miami).
then a lightbulb goes off in my head....from the night before, visiting my friend who just had her baby, she gave me all her "big girl" maternity clothes! so i ran back to the car as my brother was pulling out and told him there were clothes in there. so he pulls out a pair of maternity jeans and puts them on, and they worked! the guard was saying when he got back so quickly, wow that was fast! so i told him that he was wearing some of my maternity clothes. the guard was laughing so hard, and said this was a first, not many men will come to the federal prison wearing maternity pants! haha.
when he went to the vending machine in the visiting area, a girl came up to him and was like "nice maternity pants". he thought she could tell, but she said she had heard us laughing about it in the waiting area and just wanted to give him a hard time.
my mom took a pic of my brother...but unfortunately, he's in the shade, so you can't really see how funny it was

oh, to go inside to visit, he had his shirt pulled out, of course! this was just so we could get a picture.

Do they have the rule you can't wear any shirts with zippers? I know in MIchigan you can't visit anyone in county jail and wear zippers on your shirts. There are always so many rules with the clothing!
Nope the shade doesn't hide anything!!! You can definitely see how funny this is! HHAHAAAAAA!!!! You are sooo freaking funny! :-)
