As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Neighborhood Input - midway/royal
Hi All - Could you let me know your thoughts on the neighborhood around Midway/Royal. I believe they call it the Disney area since the streets are Snow White, Alladin, etc.

This is a really good area. I know they were working on making it a conservation district. Not sure if it is approved though. It is one of the neighborhoods that we are looking at as well. I really liked a house there that sold recently but it was right on the strip of power lines that run along Sleepy, and I just couldn't get past that.
What are you really looking for in a neighborhood though?
