Ugh. Trip to Austin Recap.

So I visited Austin for the past two weeks, and the trip was longer than anticipated because my grandma was sent to the hospital. My mom just called me today saying she has colon cancer and a tumor that is obstructing her bowels. She is too weak for surgery or chemo. This is really upsetting for me since my grandma raised us while my mom worked to support our family and she's lived with us as long as I can remember. Of course, my grandma is really hardcore but everyone has a limit.

I moved to Austin 3 years ago to spend more time with her since she also has congestive heart failure and it's really hard to be so far away again. FI and I will be having a serious conversation tonight about whether or not moving back would be best at this time. I just don't think I can get through this without the support system I built up in Austin.

Sorry. I just needed to vent. Any dust or prayers are greatly appreciated.
