What have you and do you plan to eat today?

  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, V8 low-sodium

    L- balela salad, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar

    S- plain ff greek yogurt, apple

    D- not sure of the main dish, but veggies will be the side

    Ds- 1oz dark chocolate

    Activity- none today

    Yesterday- did so-so with eating, but indulged a bit more than I should have (hard to break the habits of the weekend when I'm home off work with goodies in the kitchen).  My activity was a long nap LOL.

    L- Lean Pocket

    D- Steaks, corn, & maybe something else but I'm not sure.

    A- none really just wrangling the 2 winnie dogs she is doggie sitting for a friend.

    L - Not sure yet.  I'm thinking either subway or a smart ones

    D - Maybe sandwiches.  We are trying to pack up the rest of the house tonight and cooking takes too much time.

    Y - This week is not goign to be good with food or with activity.  Eating what we can and packing

    L- roast chicken and some veggies

    D- hopefully beef with rice and veggies 

    I haven't been working out at all because I have been sick.  Today I do feel a little better and I really want to get out and take a run tonight.

    S-nothing yet...

    L-Quinoa with some stewed tomatoes, spinach, and I think I have some pork to toss in... , Cinnamon Rice pudding (Jello 70 cal stuff)

    S-apple, maybe some almonds,Crystal light

    D-not sure we'll be hungry-but I wrangle up something

    A-maybe nothing-maybe do C25K-week 5 again... some cardio might be a good thing.

    Y-felt lazy-did pilates.

  • B: poached eggs on an English muffin, green tea

    L: No idea - I have my annual review with my boss today, and it is at another hotel. That hotel is providing lunch, and it will likely be unhealthy, knowing the manager there.

    D: Pepper-lime grilled chicken, jicama and cucumber with lime juice and dried chili/salt spice, bread

    A: plowing through a truckload of dirty laundry! And maybe I'll do some squats or abs while watching TV :P

    Y: 1 1/2 hour walk/hike along the cliffs by the ocean - it was sunny and 75! Followed that with a nap by the pool :). Stuck to my eating plan.
