AWWW
I have been completely MIA on this board for weeks, but I thought I'd share a little AW with all of you.
H and I bought a house last weekend. We hadn't been looking for very long and weren't expecting the whole process to go as quickly as it did, but we found something awesome and the sellers accepted our offer (after over a week of giving us the runaround).
We have inspection on Wednesday and assuming that and our formal loan application goes well we'll be closing on March 31.

Give us some details, or pictures? How many bedrooms? Is it a fixer uper, or move right in?
The house is move in ready and everything is in immaculate shape. The people that lived there are pretty old though so their choice of wall paper and peach porceline tub/toilet/sink will get renovated, but other than that everything is good. Here are a few pics. (hopefully they work. It's been a while since I PIP'd)
