Re: Fingers crossed!
So jealous! Fingers are crossed for you!
Question: What do you do with Chloe when your house is showing and you guys are at work?
LOL my mom just got a panicked phone call to go get Chloe NOW. The realtor had called at noon but I was running and didn't hear the phone...it was about 12.20 when I called her back. I think I'm going to have to start leaving Clo at my mom's house in the morning...I feel bad making them drop what they're doing to go get her...but if I take her in the morning, I'm waking them up early.

YAY!!!
*postive thoughts for a quick offer*
What are you going to do if the condo sells before your new house is built?
We'll have to go get a storage unit (which I'd planned to do this past weekend but didn't) and get the joy of living with my parents for about 5 months.
At this point, I'll take the stress of living w/my mom over the stress of waiting for the house to sell.

I sure wish my parents lived closer so I could drop Toby off at their house. He's not exactly as scary looking as Chloe but I fear someone will let him out by accident if they view the house during the day.

I actually wouldn't worry about the dog scaring the people, so much as strangers walking into your home and the dog thinking they were intruders (therefore protecting your home!
)
Best of luck, Val!!
Do you have a crate you could put them in during the day?
Hope you get an offer!
We don't crate Toby. He's got separation anxiety and the only way we found that slightly calms his nerves is to let him have the run of the house while we're gone. He would probably just annoy and lick the buyers out of the house instead of scaring them
AHH!! My neighbor just wrote on my FB that HH was down at their house and ran into "our realtor"...apparently "our realtor" said we were very close to selling!
It's impossible for that to have been our realtor...my realtor is in Maui b/c her wedding is today! It had to have been the buyers' realtor!!!!

That's awesome! GL!
