As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks Brittany, I'm finally able to walk normal again. The swelling in my knee is still there, but I'm much better today. I still have a black eye, and some heavy scratches evident everywhere...but only time will heal everything. I feel like an ugly duckling right now.
I just sent you a reply to your email...can't believe you'll be here in less than a month! woot woot! I'm hoping to be better by the end of the week so I can at least go back to the gym. My bike is messed up, so no outside riding for me until we get it fixed.
