Realtors come in
I have a random question....
My ILs are trying to sell their Lake LBJ property. It's a great property with a lot of land (3 lot sizes) but crappy house that will most likely get torn down by new owner. So I'm thinking it's going to take a special buyer (like an investment buyer) to want to spend that much money on what will probably be just land. I thought it would be good to advertise in some realtor/investment property publications to get attention. Can you recommend any publications or websites to look in to?

Hi Katykakes.. I'm a Realtor.. do they have an agent they are working with? Our company has like 20 different websites it directs listings too.If not I have some great recommendations for the area. As for publications, I dont think that many investors are really flipping through magazines for the 'deals' but Id be happy to send you some that we have in our office tomorrow.
