First of all let me say that all of your well wishes and the fact that you are all truly excited for me has made me tear up! I love you all
Okay, here are pics from online.I cant find pics of the living room, backyard or bathrooms. This house is WAY scary. There is so much that we would do before we moved in. New kitchen, rugs ripped up and finish the hardwood , new baths, windows etc. I think we are crazy.
Front, yes there is a shutter missing...
Kitchen
Yes, there are cabinet doors missing. The owners decided if the bank was going to take there house from them they would take what they could. They also took the fridge .
Dining room
At least there is hardwood under that carpet! And the wall paper is going!
Den-I think this is the only room that we don't have to do anything to! It was an addition to the house, so there isnt hardwood under the carpeting(and it seemed to be in decent shape)
The backyard is super nice and fenced in. I'll take pictures next week when we go look at it again.

Check out craigslist for a fridge. DH and I scored a year old side by side for less then $400! With a water and ice maker dispenser! I HEART CL!!!!

That is awesome!!! That pink kitchen is scary, but it looks like it has very workable bones. Just imagine how awesome the new kitchen will look, and just to your taste. You will have so much fun making it your own.

Thnaks ladies! I think we are going to be in pretty good shape. If we get ti our mortgage will be somewhat comfrotable so we should be okay with getting alot of the house fixec up. I am started to get EXCITED!!!
I really want a cherry wood kitchen with dark granite countertops, but thats justa dream!!!
