Ever have one of those weeks?? (vent)
Where everything seems to go wrong? Ugh, I'm trying to stay positve but this week is kicking my butt! Monday, like an idiot, I scraped the side of my car of a pole in a parking garage. No idea how I did it, I totally thought I clear it but nope. Fortunately DH just laughed about it and said he can fix it.
Yesterday DH texts me and says "I think your bathroom is leaking, the ceiling in the hallways beneath it is dripping. Your brother is coming to look at it (my brother is a plumber)." Well when I get home this is what I see:
Turns out my bathroom wasn't leaking. Ice has pushed up shingles on our roof and water in getting in the upstairs crawl space causing ice in the house which is then melting and leaking down through the drywall. DH took today off and is going to get and install roof heaters so we can hopefully stop the ice.
I did get today off because of the weather but I don't know if it's a blessing or not considering it's out 6th snow day this winter. 
Oh and Aunt Flow is in town which I sure is making everything seems worse than it really is!

Wow-So sorry! Glad it sounds like DH is capable of doing some work that normally would be quite $$! Sounds like you have a handy family, too!
Not sure if it's a blessing or a curse that it's NOT the bathroom...

Thanks Ladies! DH is moderately handy. Better with cars then home things but fortunately that's where my brother is better. He's outside now knocking down ice from the roof.
Did we all do something to piss off mother nature that she is cursing us with Aunt Flo at the same time???
