  • Breakfast:  Chocolate Cheerios w/skim milk, coffee

    Snack:  Banana

    Lunch:  PB&J on wholewheat, Sun Chips, strawberries

    Snack:  Sugar Free Jello Pudding, Blueberry Chiobani

    Dinner:  Sweet & Sour Chicken

    Yesterday:  I did great until the Girl Scout cookies I ordered came in....

    Activity:  We'll see how much time I have after dinner.

  • B - Cup of Coffee

    L - Turkey sandwich from jasons deli

    Y - packing, and food was Mcd's Ick!  I am SO ready to be in the new house.  One of our extra rooms is going to be our "gym"  I cannot wait.

    A - packed

  • B: Raisin Bran with skim milk, green tea

    L: who knows - I have a luncheon to go to. This week is a bust, lunch-wise!

    D: Shrimp with tomato and basil on Barilla Plus pasta, salad

    A: Hope to get to the gym for at least 20 minutes of cardio and 30 of weight lifting.

    Yesterday was pretty good. I behaved ok at lunch, despite the fact that Chinese take out was the only option. For dinner, I decided that I didn't want the chicken I had planned, so I sauteed a couple shrimp, chopped up some jicama and cucumber, made a dressing with lime juice and some olive oil, and threw that on top of some butter lettuce for a big salad. I had a cup of latin-style black bean soup with some avocado chunks in it on the side. It was tasty and healthy!

    S-banana, granola bar

    L-Having California roll sushi.  I broke down and got some 'light' potato chips and dark chocolate. ugh.

    D-prob pita pizzas.

    A-today-strength training-40 min, and 30 min of cardio if I can handle it.

    Y-nothing... too mind draining of a day.

  • The lunch turned out ok! They had a pasta bar, so I had spinach fettucine with tomato sauce and a ton of steamed veggies. No bread, and no dessert :).

     But I did eat a Hostess 100 calorie pack of coffee cake thingies between breakfast and lunch :P.
