Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Remember our issue with our bedroom furniture? And them only wanting to credit us $125 when each piece of furniture had something wrong with it? And our wall got all scratched up. TJ turned it down. And contacted BBB. I guess they sent the complaint to value city and said VC had till the 20th to get back to us. They called TJ today. They upped the rebate. They went up to 25% off. nice! From 5% to 25%, I think we'll take it. thanks.
TJ had a point about our wall though... we'll have to sand and repaint it. we'll never find a paint to match this nasty mustard color. so we'll have to paint the whole stair case.. upstairs hallway.. and part of the downstairs hallway thing. Not some little touch up job like they prob thought.

Glad BBB got on them, and that VC actually responded to it!
Boo to having to paint all that though.
