Rachael Ray Nutrition Info?
Do you guys know if she posts nutrition info for her recipes anywhere? I'm guessing no, but thought I'd ask. I made a recipe from her Big Orange Book last night and I'm eating it leftover today but now am questioning how healthy it really is (see my WW post this morning!)
Re: Rachael Ray Nutrition Info?
What dish was it? I don't find her recipes that healthy personally... but I bet you can find the nutrition info somewhere.
WW online etools has a recipe builder- you can enter it in there and see the points
What was in it? Some of her recipes aren't great but you can modify a lot of them to make them healthier.
I don't think she posts the info anywhere but you can go to one of these websites and get all of the nutrition information:
http://nat.illinois.edu/mainnat.html
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
The first one is better for putting in entire recipes. Sorry I can't make them clicky!
Adoption Blog
I think the South Beach Diet recipes are a lot better for you- she seems to cook with a lot of oil and butter and stuff, I don't know though.
She has gotten herself into QUITE the predicament with the pit bull community as of late so I am staying far, far away.
