Oooooh, goody! I just blogged about how I had a 1.4 pound gain this week because I had no accountability so I was starting my own 7 week challenge lol... now I might not have to!
A team challenge sounds really cool, I bet it will be way more inspiring to lose weight when someone else is relying on you as well.
I did the plank hold yesterday (1 minute, 30 seconds, lame sauce lol) and I am doing the squat challenge tonight.
Have you done any of them? They are pretty rough!
No not yet. I have been limited b/c of my ankle and with sickness. I am hoping to get a couple in before its over!
I started working out again on Monday but I'm doing modified exercises as to not put too much pressure on my ankle. I started a workout DVD called "Mama Wants Her Body Back." It was really good!

I read on your blog that you were going to try Mama Wants Her Body Back... I'm glad it's working out for you, when I checked out the link on your blog it looked realy cool and you can't beat the price either!
