Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Something is brewing
So, the CHRO (the CEO of HR) promised me help. Then I find out they're letting the other woman who does my job go. 
She's in DC. (Remember way back that I was supposed to replace her, but she stayed on and they gave me a higher title.)
I have NO IDEA what to expect. Until I found out they were letting her go, I thought maybe we were getting an assistant. Now I think they might just recast the other woman here. Hmmmm.
Anyway, the job has changed so much that there's no way I can do it alone. I wonder if I'll have a say in hiring. I wonder if they have someone in mind already. One of the Directors I support seems to know what's up and the other doesn't seem to know.
I love how they decide things on a whim here. Here's hoping they promote me to Manager, make me exempt and give me an assistant and more $$$. 
Or at least tell me what is up!
