girl scout cookies
I was going to be good today, and brought no snacks to work except an apple. Then my coworker brought me the two boxes of girl scout cookies I had ordered from his daughter... oh man. I can't decide between the peanut butter patties or the peanut butter sandwiches (what happened to tagalongs and do-si-dos???)

So, I opened both and the tagalongs are winning. What's weird is that we also ordered cookies from one of my H's coworkers, and he brought them home last night, and the do-si-dos from my H were way better than the ones I have here today. Disappointing.
You're deciding between chocolate or not. That shouldn't even be a question.

Some girls have been at the T station. It's very hard to walk by. Thankfully I hardly ever have cash.
Agreed! Man, now I want some girl scout cookies. And am I weird or does anyone else freeze their's?
I just stuck a sleeve of thin mints in the freezer last night! I think those freeze the best, although I think I have done it with the other types too. It's nice to find them on a random day when you are digging for a snack.

I ordered 4 boxes from my students. (I was a bad wifey and only thought of myself. I forgot to buy any thin mints or samoas for dh.)
I don't freeze mine but I do put them in the fridge.
I freeze almond M&M's too.

I freeze mine! Really just the thin mints though. Have you ever tried them crumbled up in vanilla ice cream? MMMMM. Samoas are my second fav. Oh I need to hunt down some girls haha.

My faves are the thin mints and samoas (or whatever they're calling them these days). There's one girl here with a girl scout and somehow the sign-up list got by me this year, which is fine with me...but one of my co-workers gave me a box of thin mints...so I've been limiting myself to 2 per day or none at all...they're 38 calories a piece, which isn't bad compared to the other cookies. I had one peanut butter one last week and that was good, but they're all gone now...don't know how many calories that was because I just started counting...
My DH would definitely agree with you, but he freezes almost all his candy.
There were some girl scouts in the Student Union today, even though its Ash Wednesday I couldn't turn them down, I brought them into the office.
