Bryan (ex fiance) is fighting to get his daughter (almost 16 now) from his mother. She has had Brooke (daughter) since she was like 4. Bryan has been around the whole time but his job had him working 12 hr days and in and out of different cities. Now he is in the position he has been working for and knows he is staying here, so I HAVE BEEN FREAKING SUBPOENAED TO TESTIFY!!!!!!!!!! Are you effing kidding me?? I told him and his mother when they started all of this that I DID NOT want to be in the middle of it all! He saw his lawyer was gonna call me but the bastard decided to subpoena me without Bryan knowing!!!!! Ugh I am soooo pissed. I do think that Bryan should have her but they are also going to ask me about his drinking and I am not gonna lie so idk if I am gonna hurt or help him plus I really don't want his parents to be mad at me.
On a more positive note.....Stacy is skydiving on our trip for sure and I am seriously considering it! AAHHHHH!!! scary!!!!!!!

Ahhh that effing sucks Brittany. But why are you being called as a witness? It might be iffy to the courts since you are an ex-fiance? I don't know what will happen there but if you do go to court, just state the truth...even about his drinking. It will be the judges' decision on where Brooke will be, but I foresee the ruling with the mother. Most court cases always rule with the mother on situations like this. :::HUGS:::

He knows that I will state the truth about his drinking...he also knows that I think Brooke should be with him and his parents lied. They said she has NEVER stayed the night with his which is a lie and he knows I know that so he wants me to pretty much show that they are lying.
Her mother was on drugs for a long time too, that is why she doesn't have her....it would not be good for Brooke to be with her, she is clean now but she is more of a friend than mother.
