I think my hoover is about to bite the dust..
This vacuum has survived it all.. falling off a porch, falling out of the bed of a pickup truck, Halen attacking it because she thinks its here to kill her, Halen chewing the power cord because of said reasons above, and endless falls on the floor.. but now its just not sucking anymore.. i've cleaned the brushes, the filter, everything i know to clean and its just not happenin..
RIP lil hoover!
Re: I think my hoover is about to bite the dust..
Coco hates our vacuum too.
Get a Dyson. You can thank me later.
I would love a dyson, but I literally have only our den rug that is carpet, everything else is wood floor and linoleum, so I really cant justify the extra costs at the moment.
HI JAMIE!!! We are doing fabulous! she is getting so freaking big, it makes me sad! She just started doing giggles, and it is so farking hilarious. Everytime we try to get it on the camecorder she quits!
I see your dilemma...
So glad to hear you're doing great. The picture in your siggy is just gorgeous!
We have hardwood floors everywhere but the bedrooms, and our Bissell Healthy Home works really well. And that's with three dogs and a cat. We got it on sale at Kohl's just before last Christmas. I think it was around $175 when we bought it.
thank ya mam!
I actually just emailed someone that had a dyson dc25 (the yellow one) for sale on craigslist for $120, but knowing my luck its probably already sold!! It seems like a too good to be true since she said its brand new and still in the box and these retail for like almost $500 new.. but the optomistic postive polly in me wants to say I just stumbled upon an excellent deal!
That seems too good to be true. Proceed with caution.
this is the link to the ad:

she just emailed me back and said "Yes i do im trying to get 150 if you want to make that offer its urs"
hmmm.. what should I do?
Email her back and ask why she's getting rid of it. That's an EXCELLENT deal but I don't want you to spend $150 on a vacuum that has something wrong with it.
Butting in...You said it was listed for $120 but in the e-mail she said $150?
Was that an exact quote from her as well with the bad grammar?
I know Joeysgirl was just trying to buy a vacuum off craigslist and the seller upped the price in the email from what was in the original post and she said she had terrible grammar as well lol
Just don't want you to go get scammed...butting out
Oh one more thing, we got a refurbished Dyson off Amazon for $150 or $200 I think...it's perfect and it came with a warranty
thanks for the heads up!! yep, I'm guessing we are dealing with the same person. When I emailed her asking why she upped the price and her response was "Bc i purchased it awhile ago and just recently moved into a home with no carpet. I Have a few offers for 140" I wrote her back saying that before I committed to buying it I wanted to check it out first andif I could come look at it. haven't gotten a reply...
Im definitely going to check out amazon and see if they have anything! thanks girl!!
