absolutely!! it's always a big hit!!
bottom layer: 1 bar cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 packet of dry taco seasoning mix (or Tammy's taco dip if you have it!!) - mix all together until it's as spicy as you want and spread it on a large plate/platter
next layer: shred up 1/2 head of lettuce and spread on top
next: dice up 2 tomatoes and sprinkle on the lettuce
bag of shredded cheese spread on top of tomatoes (I use the taco spice cheese or 4 cheese mix)
optional: 1/2 jar salsa on top of the cheese
Get a bag of tostitos and dig in!
