menu planning sites?

DH and I would like to find a menu-planning website. We have contacted Relish.com, but their recipes are not diabetic friendly. Any ideas for other sites to try? TIA!

Re: menu planning sites?

  • do you need help locating recipes?

or are you specifically looking for one of those sites that spits out recipes & a grocery list and does it all for you?

  • epicurious.com is one of my favs, you can search by "low/no sugar."
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • one of my all time favorite blogs happens to be a south beach diet blog:

    http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/

so almost all her recipes are low/no carb and low/no sugar. FIL is diabetic and for the holidays and such i get quite a few recipes from her cause its great stuff that FIL can eat with no problem

Yes, I was looking for a site that generates lists, but these sites are helpful for ideas! Thanks.

Let me know how it works out.  I'm curious for a family member.
