Ticker says 159 days left...reality is now about 138!
My OB told me yesterday that I will not be allowed to go past 39 weeks and her goal is to just get me to 37 weeks!
My BP is under control but creeping up even on meds. Hopefully early intervention with the BP will hold off pre-ecclampsia until the later weeks (hopefully I won't get it at all).
The doc is confident that I won't have a scary-early baby...but possibly not a full term baby either.
deep breath...
more update in baby blog.

Maybe chiclet will surprise you and the doc and go full-term! Sounds like you guys have it under control though. Looking at the positive, at least you get to see your baby sooner! Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly and you don't develop pre-c.
I recently started following your baby blog, and I really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing- I'm hoping it'll give me some guidance when/if I get pregnant.
Sounds like a good OB visit. It has to be so exciting to see your little one on the ultrasound screen. Hoping the BP stays down and your pregnancy is uneventful.
Ditto getting white coat syndrome. My heart rate skyrockets at the doctor's office, but if I take it at home it's completely normal.
Hope the rest of the pregnancy is equally uneventful!
This.
