Ohio booster seat law for 4 yo-please help!
I will be traveling with my kids to Ohio for my grandma's 90th birthday party in a couple weeks. I am having trouble figuring out the carseat law for my 4 (almost 5) year old daughter. She weighs 40+ pounds and is very tall, and I was wondering if Ohio law requires her to use a booster seat with a back or if just the bottom part is ok. I've checked the Ohio websites about this, and I can't get a clear answer. Thanks for any help you may have!
