Nothing. Zilch.
That is what my cervix has been up to for the past week. No dilation, no effacement. I wanted to cry.
On a slightly happier note, they diagnosed my "illness" as a combination of acid reflux and a big baby pushing my diaphragm/stomach around like a hockey puck. So no virus.

I'm not quite ready to deliver but I figure the more progress I have now, the less work I have to do in L&D. I'd just like to know that all this pain I'm going through is doing SOMETHING.

They were yummy.
They estimated 7lbs 5oz at my u/s last week. It can be off by half a pound either way and they expect the babe to gain approximately half a pound a week. Anybody want to change their guesses in the poll?

for real!! my BFF's mom is a midwife here and she said the majority of the time it is a guesstimation.
