We have a house!!
Okay, we almost have a house. 
Our offer was approved on a house that we love. There was another bid at a similar price, but liked our terms better.
Anyway, now we need to schedule the inspection sometime soon and move on from there! Thanks for your inspector recs, we hope to do some comparison shopping between them and a couple that our agents suggested - hopefully scheduling something this weekend or next.
SO exciting, and so weird at the same time - we're going to be homeowners!!
