Fell in love with a house

I know.  I fall in love with a house every two weeks.  And we are still waiting to hear on the bank re: Mesa Alta.

But this one is SO AWESOME.  It came on the market today.  It is bank-owned.  http://www.mrmlsmatrix.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?ID=7702510928  This photo does not do it justice.

It has a little courtyard in the front, a formal living area with a fireplace, a family room with a giant built-in entertainment center, a kitchen with a center island and tons of cabinets, a formal dining room, a laundry room, nice cabinets in the garage, a GIANT loft with a built in office with tons of cabinets that overlooks the formal living room, 3 bedrooms, a balcony off the master with views of the city lights, mountains and the sunset, dark cherry laminate floors, stone tile in the master bath, double sinks in the bathrooms, a huge master closet, and a to-die-for cute backyard with tons of trees and plants, handplaced concrete tile mini-"plaza", a grass area for the dogs.

I wish I had taken photos.  The sun was setting, so it was dark and I only had my iPhone.  Even our Agent was like...WOW.

It is in a different part of town than we planned, but it is around the corner from the best high school.  And it is just awesome.

We're placing an offer tonight.    Wish us luck.
