Rec on a real estate professional

Hi,

I don't usually post, but was hoping that I could get some real estate recommendations.

DH and I are thinking about putting an offer in on a house south of Boston.  We need recommendations on real estate attorneys and home inspectors. For the attorney, we would use someone in the city or south of the city. Any advice on who to use or who not to use would be very helpful!!

Thanks : )

Re: Rec on a real estate professional

  • John Lynch with Johnston/Lynch group out of William Raveis is geat. He works out of the Newton Office.

His website is www.dwell360.com and his work number is 617-755-8465

He works all over MA but specializes Boston and areas south and north while his partner specializes the Cape and other parts of MA. Highly recommend him.  He can also set you up with an attorney and I know he usually recommends attorney's and home inspectors.

  • Here's a link to a post about home inspectors from earlier this week: http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/31568778.aspx

As for an attorney, the one I used isn't in Boston or points south, so I can't help you there.  Good luck with the rest of your process!

I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball
