Wish me luck tomorrow

I have my yearly review at 11 AM. I'm pretty sure it will be positive, but I'm afraid my raise will not be what it should be. I've taken on a lot of additional work and responsibilities in the past year which should amount to a pretty serious raise . . . but the owner of the company can be a little stingy.

If it doesn't go well moneywise and I'm not in horrible pain in mid-March, I will probably give my notice and move back to MA to job hunt. There's no point in sticking around if I'm not advancing. I'm mostly nervous because if it's not a good raise, I'm definitely going to say something about it to my manager. I hate confrontation, but I'm not going to be a "nice girl" and pretend I'm happy about it.

Cross your fingers for me. I really don't want to leave this company with a bad taste in my mouth. And it'd be better for my salary-history if they gave me the raise I deserve!

(Also, please wish my ovaries bad luck in their quest to murder me with a weeks worth of horrible, no good, awful cramps and yet no period. Not cool, ovaries.)
