Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My boss is back . . .

Last week was rough without the DVM around and the techs behaving like children.  They screwed up royally on quite a few cases, but none of them takes responsibility for their mistakes . . . nor do they take steps to stop them from happening.  They resent me (not a tech) getting involved back there, but if I don't our client and patient care suffers. 

Bottom line . . . today I quit.  I am beyond frustrated and my boss entertains their antics way too much.  We cannot have a successful practice if he isn't willing to hold people accountable for their actions.

Wish me luck.  Dealing with him is like dealing with an impatient 3 year old.
