Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

CW from hell strikes again
Well, indirectly. This is more about my boss.
So I'm on a flex schedule. I work 9 hour says 4 days a week with one 8 hour day. Every other week that 8 hour day is actually a day off. I've skipped the past two flex days b/c we're so busy...I took one last Thurs to go sign the contract and was planning the second for Friday and then today (today is a regular flex day). Shiit hit the fan Thurs and I ended up having to help CW with a super important project and decided to go in on Fri. I left at 4 on Fri and told my boss I was taking my flex today.
Today at 4.15 my boss calls me and tells me that another one of those projects came through today and she was going to email it to me...I needed to get it done today and sorry for the inconvenience. I'm pissed - absolutely livid - but I know this needs to get done, so I leave the mall and head home to do it (cussing the entire way). I finally get home and call my good CW and ask her WTF Bitchface is doing that's so important she can't help out...turns out she's doing nothing but "researching" something we have to do w/our software NEXT MONTH...and btw we have a meeting w/someone to go over exactly what we need to do...research isn't needed.
I'm having a little discussion tomorrow morning with my boss about boundaries and the fact that we hired another person to help out with shiit like this.
