Sorry for the absence...
It's been hit or miss lately since DH and I have been sharing the laptop. Thankfully he pulled the desktop out of the boxes last night and set me up! YAY!!!! I had enough yesterday of sitting in the car waiting. I feel like I'm in the way when we go to Lafayette. I'm not getting much done, because the laptop is in his office. He, being the great husband he is, offers to let me stay in his office. However, I know I can't just stay in there all day. He has work to do, meetings to hold, etc. So I read Dear John for 2 hours in the parking lot of the hospital yesterday afternoon after a doctor's appt. By the way, the ending sucks....totally not what I expected. So I'm staying in the Chuck unless I have things to do in Lafayette. Oh and we received a counter on our offer. We should know something by noon Wednesday!! It's take it or leave it time. Ok...vent/update over.

yeah, I definitely know how you feel! When we moved to Alexandria and were staying with his parents for a month or so, I didn't want to stay at their house alone so I'd go with him to work and it was so boring!
I can pretty much guess how Dear John ends, N.S.books are all so depressing, they never have happy endings!
Next time you go to Laf, get your husband to take you to eat lunch at DeanO's. Best farking pizza ever.
And let us know about the house! So exciting!
