What would you wear
To a dinner whose attire is classified as "business dressy?" This would be for both me and for DH. TIA!

Ok so these are just ideas.... i would say either a business style dress or seperates that are dressier. let me know if you need more! happy to help!
I always make DH wear a tie for stuff like this, and tell him he can take it off when we get there if no one else is wearing a tie :-)

I would probably wear something that would be described classic and sophisticated. a nice pencil skirt perhaps.
as for your DH, it's always easy for men, at least that's what I think. If it's a daytime/early evening event he could mix and match but if it's dinner time/late evening then definitely something sharp (like dress khakis with a blue blazer vs. nice coordinated full suit)

Business Dressy? What the hell is that?! :P
DH would probably wear a suit. I think I would wear a nice pair of pants (like the bottom half of a business suit) and a pretty top with a classy pair of shoes.
