  • B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, unsweetened soy milk

    S- 1 wg Wasa cracker, an apple

    L- veggie burger w/fresh salsa, salad w/tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, oil/vinegar

    S- plain ff greek yogurt, baby carrots

    D- not positive yet, maybe wg pasta w/veggies and goat cheese

    Ds- square dark chocolate

    Activity- none today

    Yesterday- eating was ok, haven't exercised all week due to work being sucky.

  • I have been eating so horrible the last few days.  I really need to put myself in check!

    B- coffee & oatmeal with blueberries

    L- probably a pb & j sammy

    S- carrot sticks/trail mix

    D- fried rice w/ shrimp

    I also hope we can go for a jog tonight, trying to go every other night at this point.

    D- DH's birthday so having his favorite - Lasagna, salad and cake

    Activity- none today but will have to make up for the cake and lasagna tomorrow

    Yesterday (and for the last several yesterdays!) - I've been really bad lately. I think the job outsourcing/layoff news kind of threw me for a loop.

    B: 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of whole wheat toast, green tea

    L: probably tomato or black bean soup and a salad

    D: broccoli beef stir fry on rice (brown, if I have it), and, to be honest, 2 or 3 Girl Scout cookies that N so thoughtfully brought home :P.

    This might be our only night this week to work out. Now that we know we're moving in just over a month, we're desperately trying to schedule time with our CA friends and family. We've got parties and dinner dates like crazy in the next month, which will cause lots of issues with my diet and will keep us from going to the gym as regularly. But I'm going to enjoy it!

    Also, my menu planning is going to get a little funky because I'm going to try to use up as many of my pantry items as I can before we move.

  • OMG-I've been BAD... esp w this horrible chest/head cold...

    BUT you might be surprised! No skinny buns today-food wise, or body wise!

    B-whole wheat waffles w pb&j

    S-banana, coffee!

    L (horrible!) southwestern corn chowder soup!, 1/2 a tuna sub, light chips... some Wilbur Buds (similar to Hershey kisses, but SOOOO Much better!)

    S-not sure... the gas from above might just make me nauseous...

    D-leftover venison sweet sausage, pasta, veggies, wine...

    A-am working on getting up to go do strength training

    Yesterday-did pilates-couldn't imagine the stops/starts I'd do with all of the nose blowing/coughing... (sorry if TMI!)
