Just hatched this morning!
Re: chicks! PIP
I was thinking the same thing. He's so big now!
The chicks are super cute.
Thanks! Ha ha ha. I think he thinks he is their Mother.
Awww that is the sweetest!!
This is so adorable! Let us know how the eggs turn out!

There is no way those would live in my house. My dog has major prey drive. Major!
They are sweet though! And you'll love the fresh eggs!
ha ha ha. Yeah I wasn't sure about how Luk would react.. He won't leave their side though...at least for right now. He would rather be laying next to the side of the box than be outside.
In the photo you posted, it looks like he is curious by the sounds they make.
As long as you can call him away, he'll probably be okay. That is one of the steps when we test for prey drive in the shelters.
Gosh I hope so. I never really thought too much about him going after them because when we go out on hikes we see rabbits, chipmunks, birds and he never tries to chase. There is also a cat next door and Luk pays not attention...Right now he is sleeping next to the box. If he hears them get louder he wakes up, checks in and then goes back to sleep.
What a sweetie!
