Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Laughing at myself...
I was e-mailing with a lady from my gym before our wedding about trying to teach an early morning class but they didn't have any space. I e-mailed her a month or two ago saying things had slowed down and I was interested again if anything opened up. She just called and we talked about what I'd be interested in. She had mentioned wanting something Latin based that covers different styles than Zumba. After I got off the phone I was thinking about it and Zumba really covers all the main Latin dance styles. So I e-mailed her to think about an African Dance Aerobics Class. So me, the whites of the white girls, just offered to teach an African based class. I can't believe myself. I'm giggling in my cube.
