LOST? Who wants to dish? *spoilers*
OK. Dad? He has a son in the other lost life? Really interesting, I wonder who the mother is. They're tying up the other life nicely with all of these connections and new things here and there, I thought I hated it at first.. but its getting a bit better.
I get the "we have to make Jack do what he wants to on his own" thing, but does anyone else think its an elaborate way to get Jacob's "we're watching you, mr. candidate" story out there a bit more?
And what about Claire and her friend? That was definitely a cliffhanger worthy of seasons 1-3, totally making me look forward to next week!

I'm so confused! I do not like the "other life" scenes b/c it makes my head hurt to figure out "ok, when is this now? and how does he have a kid who is almost a teenager?"
Claire is nutso. I can't WAIT for her and Kate to meet up. Imagine how THAT's gonna go!
I wish they had at least gotten the mirror on 108 to see what would appear in the mirror.
Think Sayid is going to survive whatever the bad thing is back at the Temple?
What else happened? Where's Sawyer? Wasn't he with John last? And I wonder if John will talk about Sun to Jin.
I love Hurley.
I liked tonight's episode, despite the fact that it was Jack-centric and I'm over Jack. Like, completely. The little temper tantrum in the lighthouse was just annoying. And also, where the hell did the lighthouse come from? Do you think it was always there?
Claire is scary now. I don't know what to make of her. Think there's any hope for her?

I loved this episode! I love Jack being a father. Could the mother be Shannon? She was a poised to be a prestigious ballerina, right? So maybe that's the tie with the music? Or was there someone else on the flight/in the story that was a pianist or musician?
Yeah, I don't get how Locke is all of the sudden at Claire's camp and Sawyer is MIA. I doubt he's just hanging out in the jungle. I think Sawyer is trying to con Fake Locke somehow.
Claie's a nutjob. I thought a while back before she got "lost" she told Kate to never let anything happen to Aaron? And then she appeared to Kate in a vision and said DON'T ever go back or take Aaron back or something like that? I guess that was Good Claire rather than Axe-Murderer Claire?
I think the lighthouse was always there and they just never found it. I read on a recap page this morning that 108 is the sum of 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. Maybe Desomnd is coming to the island? Or Charles Whitmore? Or maybe (resurrected) Faraday and/or his mother?
Yeah, I remember that from the numbers they had to input. Remember every 108 seconds, they had to put in the numbers to the computer? I hope Desmond comes back, I love him!!
I loved last nights episode!!! And I loved that school was canceled so I got to watch it instead of having to wait until tonight!
It finally dawned on me last night why the "non-crash" lives are so different. It's because Jacob never recruited them which means he never intervened in their lives- this is what their lives would have been without Jacob ever stepping in.
Maybe that was obvious but it just occured to me last night
I'm glad you mentioned that about Claire telling kate never to come back, I had forgotten about that. Definitely seems like that was the pre-infection Claire. Interesting....

Oh yes.. Desmond is still super awesome in my eyes. I'm still curious as to how he got on the flight in the "other life."
And Hurley! How could I forget my narrative on how awesome he is? I almost posted on FB during his scenes that Hurley is too awesome, but thought that would be way too nerdy.
It would make sense that Desmond is 108.. he's kind of separate and was entering in the numbers the whole time. Hmm. I like that theory.

It's possible, but many of them were touched by Jacob when they were children, so their lives would have to be different from the very beginning.

except that the bomb was detonated in in the 70's so it actually could have changed those visits. right? the timeline is SO hard to follow sometimes with all the time traveling!!

9:45 -- I paused the TV as Hurley made the mirrors move around, and there are names crossed out at each degree. "Linus" is one of them, and it appears "Wallace" is at 108 -- but that's crossed out too.

Last night I was totally thinking about Sliding Doors and ondering if the end it's going to be something like that to reconcile the 2 sets of lives going on now.
I totally love Hurley. And I definitely don't think faux Locke is going to pull one over on Sawyer. I don't like crazy Claire. I just feel sorry for her. And - am I missing it - or is Kate's name not one of the candidates? I didn't see her name on the cave or on the dial.
I seriously hope we can figure something out soon. This is all getting to be too much. I just want to know what's going on!
