NEED DUST!!!!
This past Sunday we found some great houses. We put in offers. One fo them came back today with a counter. This is our first counter....new realtor is a gem! They counter a 12 day contingency instead of a 17 day. Realtor said not a problem we will have all the inspections done in that time.
I sent the signed papers to her now. Now the waiting game begins that they will pick us over the other 5 people. DUST pleaseeeee...this house is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got our offer in last night...but expecting our offer will just get ignored, since they have another offer on the table (and us not willing to play into a bidding war).

Just remember that buying a home is like a roller coaster ride. there are lots of ups and downs but you'll be fine when you get off at the end of the rid.
