Vent: Sister's wedding
OMG. My sister is driving me flucking crazy with her wedding.
A couple weeks ago she texts me that I need to pick out my bridesmaid dress and be measured by April 19th. So I request the company, the colors, the bridal store, etc.
Today she calls me tells me different colors (b/c she wasn't sure about them when I asked 2 weeks ago) and that I need to have the stuff into the bridal shop ASAP. Dude, seriously, I'm planning to go as close to the deadline as possible b/c I am going to have to drive an hour to the store to try on, get measured, etc. Also, they recommend going at approx. 20 weeks b/c that is the best estimate for your size at 6-8 weeks post baby (I will be ~6 weeks post baby when she gets married). I'm 14 weeks. I haven't gained any weight, I'm still wearing regular clothes. If I get measured now, our seamstress is going to have a b!tch of a time making this dress fit me the week of the wedding. She gets all huffy with me and THEN, after all this she tells me that our cousin who is going to be a bridesmaid isn't even coming to get measured until April 3rd. So WTF is the big deal?!
Someone please put me out of her misery.

She sounds like a total bridezilla. Make her wait. Dresses don't take 20 weeks to make, so you should totally be able to get measured when you are 20 weeks.
