Can someone refresh my memory. I know vendors are allowed to respond, but what do we do when there is a bad post? Case in point:

I would leave it. Her account, though animated, is factual. Not an "I heard that xyz vendor did..." bash - this actually happened to her.
If the vendor wants to respond, they can go through The Knot.
