best charity for buying a patch of rainforest?
my husband and i want to buy a patch of rainforest to honor our baby that died (a vanishing twin that died early in pregnancy), and i was wondering if you ladies know of a reputable charity that does this? if i google it a ton of things come up, but i know you have to be careful these days in trying to find a reputable charity that uses your money properly, and i thought the women on this board might have some recommendations. TIA for any suggestions.

That's The Rainforest Site. I trust them (they've been around a long time and have a good rep), so I trust where they buy land through.
I would trust any legitimate environmental organization, I'd try the Sierra Club or the Nature Conservancy.
