What is your "Disney" level?
Anyone here (except maybe Krystal- due to proximity!) really, really into Disney World/Land? Liam's babysitter and her family are wayyy obsessed. Three of the four kids have worked/ are currently working at one of the parks. They go multiple times a year (which is quite a hike from NY) and for at least a week per trip.
So... what is your Disney experience?

I should mention that I ask because even before L came along, Michael and I talked about a child's "need" to meet Mickey Mouse. We don't have an issue with the parks per se, but rather the HEAT. We are all
lucky enough to have the "cheap Irish skin" that burns... well, everywhere. Both Michael and I got sunburns in Ireland, actually.
We also are both teachers, so we would have to go during school breaks, which means gagillions of people. Seems like that would be less fun.
A girl i went to HS with is completely obsessed and goes multiple times a year...she just took her 2 month old for his first disney trip. a little crazy if you ask me!

7. If you LOOOVE it, why? Didn't love it, but really enjoyed it.hahahaha Kaytie, seriously I live 10 minutes away from Disneyland, but I haven't been in 5 years. I had a bad experience the last time I was there, and it's shielded me until I have kids of my own to take and bring there. It's truly a beautiful and fun place for KIDS! Grown adults, that's a different story, I call them fanatics!

2. 19...I was a nanny and with the family. I was more excited to see the Castle I think then the kids. lol

7. If you LOOOVE it, why? It was a good time...it would be fun to spend a few days a week might be too long for me. I'd go back...just for the magic

3. Have you been multiple times? Once at 8 once at 31 while on a biz trip with my coworkers. Very fun.
4. What is your favorite park? I like the Animal Park.
5. Favorite attraction/ride? Don't ask me why, but I LOVE the hall of Presidents. I am not a history nerd or into politics but I LOVE that. I think it's the best attraction there.
6. Anyone been on a Disney Cruise? Nope but we always tell Dex we will take him so we can alleviate the guilt of our Bermuda cruise. LOL
7. If you LOOOVE it, why? I'm only in like with it.

2. At what age did you first go? I don't know maybe 7? I grew up in Florida, so Disney World was always an easy trip.

4. What is your favorite park? I like them all for different reasons - like Epcot is fun because it's different countries, Animal Kingdom is fun for all the animals, etc.
5. Favorite attraction/ride? I don't know.. haha, I guess the viking ride in Epcot because I always get a kick out of it for some reason or the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Magic Kingdom.

4. What is your favorite park? Um, I don't know. I enjoyed both and financially World was more fun cause mom and dad paid haha.
5. Favorite attraction/ride? Um...not huge on the coasters. Definitely not a fan of the Tower of Terror that Steve tricked me to get on. Sadly, in the photo (he made me buy) there is this little girl that's that I donno 8 and she's having a freaking blast while I look like I am going to die.
6. Anyone been on a Disney Cruise? Nope, but I think it'd be fun to do when we have kids
7. If you LOOOVE it, why? Its the place where anyone can be a kid and even though I'm not a huge fan of the coasters there was still plenty to do.
When we went to Disney World (with the fam) it was more planned out and we hit all the Disney parks in Florida. Steve and I went to CA on a whim and we extended our stay by 1 day on a whim to go to Disney so it wasn't all that planned out but I'd never been and he said I had to go so we went. I enjoyed it, but some of the rides were closed that day for whatever reason which was disappointing. I'd go back to either park although I think I'd like to hit Disney Land first only cause we didnt have that much time there.
This, except I have been to both Disneyland and DisneyWorld. It was no biggie and I feel no "need" to take B as a rite of passage.
