Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks for the votes and input! We went shopping tonight and picked one of my options.
The guy at Macy's said that if the price is adjusted within a week, to bring in my receipts and he'll do a price adjustment - BUT that he doesn't foresee that happening as the beds are made as they're sold and very little actual inventory is kept on hand. So when the sale ends, they sell the floor models out but that's it. There's no warehouse of mattresses sitting around waiting to be shipped back to the manufacturer. The new stock models are brought in and then that's what the company starts making from that point on. Some of the beds were already down to the floor models only (which - ICK!).
Ironically - I put the Euro Pillowtop verbiage in as a special snowflake to be funny b/c H & I were dead set against a pillowtop. Guess what we ended up choosing?...

Yeah - the whole idea of buying a floor model gave me the ick BIG TIME. Not to mention - a lot of the floor models were 1/2 'n 1/2's - one side firm and one side plush. I guess it's to save floor space as they wouldn't have to have two mattresses there. I couldn't imagine buying one that was like that unless H & I had VERY different preferences.
