YAY! Early snow day for me!
my boss just told me if i feel uncomfortable driving or unsafe that i can leave early today! since we're in yet another snowstorm!

we're only getting up to maybe 6 between now and friday evening. Thats not bad when its spread out so far.
They're telling us we're getting that wind also. I think thats what they're most worried about here. They're saying to watch for gutters turning into kites and hitting cars haha. They're just trying to scare ppl, I swear!

It'll never happen...the subway never shuts down and live 20 blocks from where I work so I walk most days anyway.
I think we're supposed to get 5-8 inches by tomorrow night but who knows. They had planned on it raining for most of the day and then the snow starting but it's already snowing so maybe we'll get more than they thought.

That's dumb. You'd think to be fair it would be the other way around. The NJ office is the one where people drive. My company is a subsidiary of a company based out of Secaucus. Their other divisions that work out of NY (the floor below us) follow the NJ weather and holiday closings. We, unfortunately, don't so we're never off except for the 6 main holidays.

lol But we also have offices in LA, Chicago, Boston and a lot of our programs are time sensitive so it creates havoc when one of the offices closes bc Sales starts to panic lol its greeeatt
