Work Out Videos?

I posted this a while ago but the search key never works on here. I've started doing the 30 Day Shred again and need to mix it up a little. Any recs on good work out videos? I need something upbeat like the shred, yoga is too calm for me, lol. Thanks ladies

Re: Work Out Videos?

  • Have you tried Tae Bo yet? Billy Blanks is GOOD!
  • I'm not sure if Comcast (cable company) is a local company, but On Demand has a selection for 'Fitness & Exercise'.  Their always changing workouts and it includes the 30-day shred.  Right now, they have a cardio kickboxing workout that I want to try.  It's free, other than paying your monthly cable bill :)

This is what I do...this way I never get bored.

  • Everyone is talking about p90x. I really have no idea what it is though, other than a few of my female cousins & several friends seem to be liking it a lot.
  • TurboJam DVDs are fun but they are kind of long - I also like the Jackie Warner DVD, and DH got me Kettlenetics for Christmas.  I am a workout DVD queen so I have TONS to chose from!  Jillian's "no more trouble zones" is anoter good one.

You can go to exercisetv.tv to watch some for free online - I do that a lot!
