**Kristi**

I told you I would have some questions...

What kind of diaper bag did you get to use for the girls?  I want to be sure I get one that is big enough.

Also, you may know this already but RH Baby & Child offers a 15% discount for multiples - if you purchase two or more of the same item, even if it is a different color.  I am happy about that since that is most likely where the bedding and mobiles will be from and probably some other things.

Re: **Kristi**

  • I have two diaper bags.  And before I tell you which ones, I will preface it by saying that I do not pack the nursery when we go out.  I bring the essentials: diapers, wipes, cream, burp cloths, bottles.  And depending on how long we are out for a change of clothes.  With that being said, I have a Petunia Pickle Bottom.  Which I love.  It is vinyl and I use this more for every day.  Lots of great compartments.  Good size.  You can also buy stroller clips so you can clip it to the handle of the stroller (if you get a double snap and go the basket us beneath where the seats go and it really isn't easy to put anything in it).  For times that we are going out and I want something a little more dressy, I have a black Juicy Couture diaper bag.  Not as practical as the Petunia Pickle Bottom but I like it.

I know all about that discount.  Everything in Sofia and Ava's room is RH Baby and Child.  From the wall letters, to mobiles, to sheets, to bumpers, and crib skirts, drapes, blankets, stroller blankets, clothes, chandelier, light, hamper, accessories for their bathroom, and things I'm not even thinking of right now.

  • Jumps in: I use a backpack for our diaper bag. Like Kristi, I just pack the essentials. In the main compartment are diapers, wipes a big ziploc bag for any accidets and snacks. The smaller front compartment has a quart sized ziploc that holds diaper cream and other small bottles of who knows what since I never use it! I also throw in a change of clothes depending on how long we will be out. It is the Escape Pack from LL Bean. Oh and it has water bottle holders on each side that used to hold bottles and now holds sippys. It is so easy to be able to just put it on your back, and it is something both Brian and I can use. I should also say that I am minimalist with a purse so I just throw my wallet and cell phone in there as well.
  • Totally butting in - I LOVE my PPB, I didn't pack a lot in it for Cate and always had a ton of room left over.  It's green, pink and brown and I love it so much that I plan on using it with Jack.

I found mine at Marshalls, one of those in the right place at the right time because I haven't seen them in there again.  They have an outlet that you have to sign up for but the sales are worth it, they also have the cutest clutches that I friend of mine has and they hold just enough for a dinner out.

  • Thanks girls for your input.  I am trying to find something practical, yet stylish for the twins.  I have been eyeing this one by Storksakimage

Kristi - I figured you knew about the discount!  Wink  Oh and as for the stroller, and we went with the Baby Jogger City Select.  I absolutely loved it after testing a few out at the store.

We just got another stroller.  We got a Valco.  I love it.  My favorite of our strollers so far.
