I swear to god
This catsarenice person has got to be THE dumbest person on the E08 board. I find myself looking for the perfect opportunity to get snarky and slam her. She does not invite any sense of civil discourse in me! I think I need to head to bed before I can no longer stop myself!

He seemed very shaky on foreign affairs compared to McCain. He came across as dim in this area to me.
It's taking every ounce of maturity in me not to reply: Really? Because you seem pretty dim in EVERY area to me. Now go edit the Harvard Law Review.
prettyamazinggrace is my weakness. I cannot stand that woman. I know I should just ignore her.
But she essentially said that anyone who is opposed to torture should lose someone to terrorism and then they'll come to her side. And as someone who lost people I cared deeply about in 9/11, and lived through the event in DC, and is still opposed torture, I have not been able to get over her statement and cannot even view her posts without becoming enraged.
You don't seem to post too much over there (or am i confusing my boards?). I think they need your knowledge of foreign affairs. I definitely appreciate what you have to say.
I'm trying not to post much these days, I have a big work trip coming up. Although today I am failing in that regard...
I would love the opportunity to discuss foreign affairs, but what is usually posted on that board is SUCH BS in regards to that topic that I cannot calmly discuss it. I am all for intelligent debate of foreign policy issues (particularly because I feel these issues rarely toe the party line on either side), but when people are 100% for torture, extraordinary rendition etc. I kind of lose it.
