March 2011 250mg clomid and responded! Ovidrel trigger shot and IUI on March 31 Beta #1 11dpo: 27 Beta #2 15dpo: 85 Beta #3 18dpo 276

We are really thinking about it, I love DH's little town and since I'm not working it makes sense now. I found a house I absolutely love! And the price is great!
This, definitely! I thought this was common knowledge, but I've been surprised w/how many people don't do this first.

I thought it was common knowledge too until I became a realtor...there's nothing more frustrating to have someone want to see a house, they fall in love, and then find out they can't afford it. I refuse to show houses without a preapproval first. Saves me lots of time and money!
