OMG!
A lady that I work with died of a massive heart attack last night. Her teenage daughter found her. She was only in her 40s w/ no major health problems....please keep this family and close friends in your thoughts and prayers.

I was in my forties when I lost my mother and it was still a major heartache. Losing your mother when you're both so young is such a tragedy. I'm so sorry. They all are in my thoughts and prayers.
