As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

oh, thanks! yes, i think i'm going to go and get one...i wouldn't attach it to the bed, but i think it will be really nice to have the baby right next to me. i have a friend who is due in june, and i think we are goign to split the cost and she can use it when i'm done.

that is an option for us....i just don't know if we have the room. We just bought a new bed the other day b/c our frame collapsed (don't ask - LOL) and it is much bigger in our room than we had anticipated. but it would save us $$. we are going to try to rearrange things this weekend and make a decision.

that's what i'm afraid of. our house is pretty small, and the baby's room is really close to ours....i don't know what to do!! maybe we'll just shove the pack n play in there for a couple of weeks....
B slept in a bassinet in our room for 10 weeks. If I had to do it over again, I would put him in the crib from Day 1. We all spet better in our own rooms. Babies make a lot of tiny noises.
When we go visit my parents, he sleeps in a PNP in the room we sleep in, and I sleep like crap.
Good call on splitting the cost. If you do end up using it, you won't use it for long. (size issues).

As Elisa said, her noises will keep you up more than anything.
